Data Deletion

At Tregr (operated by Tregr Labs LLP), you are in control of your data. This page explains how to delete your data and what gets removed.

Delete your account and data (self-service)

The fastest way:

1. Sign in at https://tregr.angoorr.com.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, email us at help@tregr.io from the email address on your account (or tell us your connected Instagram username), and ask us to delete your data. We will verify your request and process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

• Your account profile (email, name).
• Your connected Instagram account details and access tokens.
• Your automations (flows), conversations, contacts/leads, and analytics.
• Any Meta/Facebook login link associated with your account.

What we may keep

We may retain limited records where we are legally required to — for example, billing and tax/GST invoices — for the period the law requires. These are kept only for compliance and are not used for any other purpose.

Disconnecting Instagram (without deleting your account)

If you only want to stop Tregr from accessing your Instagram — but keep your Tregr account — go to Settings and disconnect Instagram (or unlink Meta). This revokes our access and stops future automations for that account, without deleting your whole account.

You can also remove Tregr's access from your side at any time through your Instagram/Facebook app settings.
