Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tregr ("the Service"), operated by Tregr Labs LLP ("we", "us", "our"), available at https://tregr.angoorr.com.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Tregr does

Tregr is an Instagram automation tool. It lets you build automations ("flows") that respond to comments, story replies, and direct-message keywords on your connected Instagram account — for example, sending an automated DM with a link when someone comments a keyword.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.
  • You may sign in using email, Meta (Facebook), or Instagram, where available.
  • The information you provide must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.

3. Connecting Instagram / Meta

  • To use automations, you connect an Instagram professional (Business/Creator) account and grant the permissions Tregr requests.
  • You must own or be authorized to manage any Instagram account you connect.
  • You are responsible for complying with Instagram's and Meta's own terms and policies. Tregr acts on your behalf, and misuse of your connected account is your responsibility.
  • We may suspend or limit automations if Meta requires it, if a connection expires, or to protect the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tregr to:

  • Send spam, harassment, deceptive, or unlawful messages.
  • Violate Instagram's / Meta's platform policies or any applicable law.
  • Infringe anyone's rights, or collect data without a lawful basis.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Plans, billing, and refunds

  • Tregr offers a free plan and paid plans. Plan features and limits are described in the app.
  • Paid plans are billed through Razorpay on a recurring basis until cancelled.
  • Prices are shown in the app and may include applicable taxes (for example, GST where required). We issue invoices as legally required.
  • You can cancel or downgrade at any time; changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Free-plan usage limits reset monthly.

6. Your content and data

  • You retain ownership of your automations, content, and data.
  • You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf (for example, to send DMs you configure).

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
  • We are not responsible for actions Meta/Instagram takes on your account, for automation outcomes, or for losses arising from your use of the Service.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law or by Meta.
  • On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling on deletion is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the courts of New Delhi, India.
